Faith Griffin. - Counselor and Founder

Faith E. Griffin, MS, LCPC, NCC

Founder & Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Faith Griffin is the founder of Griffin Therapeutic Solutions and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than fourteen years of experience in the human services field. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Eastern Illinois University and brings a strength-based, holistic approach to every client relationship. Faith has extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and seniors across a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, substance abuse, and women’s emotional health.

Mallory Weber, MS, LCPC

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Mallory Weber is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a background in both school counseling and clinical practice. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communications from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and a Master’s Degree in School and Clinical Counseling from Eastern Illinois University. Prior to joining Griffin Therapeutic Solutions, Mallory served as an addictions counselor and as a counselor for the Problem Solving Courts in Jasper and Clay counties. She is dedicated to helping children and families build stronger, healthier lives through compassionate, evidence-based counseling.

Ethan Jones, MS, LCPC

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Ethan Jones is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and graduate of Lincoln Christian University, where he earned his Master’s Degree in Counseling. Ordained as a minister in 2014, Ethan brings both professional training and personal experience to his work with clients. He has worked with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including disability services, substance abuse counseling within a correctional facility, and relationship counseling. He is driven by a deep commitment to walking alongside people during their most difficult moments and helping them find a path forward.
